Frank Cumsky has over 40 years of experience managing construction projects in the New York state area. These projects have ranged from 30 story residential towers, a 12 story boutique hotel, renovations of colleges, churches, residential units and construction of single family and town homes.
In his capacity as project site superintendent, Frank has been in charge of complying with the legal safety protocols required by state and local law. Frank is therefore very knowledgeable about evaluating whether any laws or safety rules were not followed at a particular work site.
